Subscriptions and purchases
- To restore a previous purchase, open the Premium screen and tap Restore.
- To view, change, or cancel an Apple subscription, use your device's Apple Account subscription settings.
- Deleting your Companion AI account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Account access
If you cannot sign in, confirm that you are using the same email or social-login provider used to create the account. For account-specific help, email us from the address associated with the account.
Privacy and account deletion
You can delete your account from the app's account settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on our account deletion page.
